June filled with ceremonies and events: What to know
Across the Poughkeepsie City School District, young scholars are preparing to celebrate academic achievements at year-end awards, moving up and graduation ceremonies, as well as picnics and other events.
Some of them will take place within individual classrooms or are still to be scheduled.
While most events are open to family and friends, some have limited space and most in-classroom events or non-ceremony celebrations are not open to the public. Please confer with individual schools if you have any questions regarding whether you are welcome to attend.
Take a look at the schedule below for a list of events as of Wednesday, which is also available at poughkeepsieschools.org and will be updated.
